Your Investment in Your Well-being

Individual Therapy Investment

Initial intake: $250

Individual 53-minute sessions: $200

Individual sessions are tailored to your goals and may focus on reducing anxiety, recovering from burnout, challenging perfectionistic thinking, strengthening boundaries, and developing greater self-compassion.

A Different Kind of Therapy Experience

This practice is private pay, which allows us to focus our work entirely on your individual goals without the limitations often associated with insurance-based care. Therapy is an investment in feeling more grounded, confident, and at ease in your everyday life

Personalized Care

Your therapy should fit you—not the other way around. Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to your goals, circumstances, personality, and needs.

A Calm, Judgment-Free Environment

You can bring your whole self into the room. There is space for honesty, uncertainty, tears, laughter, and everything in between.

Depth Over Quick Fixes

We look beyond surface-level symptoms to understand the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck.

No Superbills

Because our practice is fully private pay, we do not provide superbills or submit claims to insurance companies on behalf of clients. Payment is due at the time of service, and clients are responsible for the full session fee. We understand that this may be different from traditional insurance-based care, and we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to understand your benefits and reimbursement options before beginning therapy. Our private-pay model allows us to keep your care focused on your goals and clinical needs, without the involvement or requirements of insurance companies.

Notice to clients and prospective clients:

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

What it feels like to work together

Therapy can be both practical and deeply personal.

Together, we may explore what is happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that no longer serve you, build healthier ways of responding, and develop tools you can actually use in your everyday life.

Most importantly, you won't have to navigate that process alone.

Our goal isn't simply to help you feel better for a moment. It's to help you understand yourself, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Let's begin.

Schedule a private consultation to learn more about the practice, ask questions, and decide whether working together feels like the right fit.
